golf and is open to the public.
This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo has recently been entirely renovated
and is very clean.
The unit is located on the ground floor of only a 2 story building. It
has a lanai you can sit for hours and watch the dolphin,
manatee and boat traffic and an attached car port.
The condo is located on Minuteman Causeway, if you care
to 'Mapquest'.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Large pool and BBQ Grill. There is the possibility of a boat slip,
up to 20'. Shuffleboard.
The unit has central heat and air. Fully equipped kitchen with
granite counter tops. Washer and dryer. TV and DVD player.
All linens provided. There is also covered parking for one car.
The master bedroom with views over the river has ensuite bathroom,
with dual sinks and a walk-in
closet.
Activities and Attractions
Whether you like to walk to the beach, play golf or enjoy one of the
many restaurants in the village, all are right there for your
entertainment.
The opportunities for wildlife viewing directly from the condo are
spectacular. The possibility of fishing and boating are also there.
Within 15 minutes there is a shopping mall, the cruise ship terminal
and floating casinos.
Orlando International Airport is about 40 minutes.

Year round with a 3 month minimum rental period $1350.00 - $1800.00 /
month
Includes electricity, water and cable tv.
Three month minimum.
$500.00 Security Deposit
