Awesome beach house by water incredible views! in San Clemente

This is the life...the beach life! This unit is the owners private unit. It is right by the water in San Clemente about 30 minutes south of the Orange County John Wayne airport. Awesome ocean views lots of windows with the beach all but right out your back door. Priate large deck and yard. Beach access stairs. The pier is about a block away with fishing and a great Bar and grill with an awesome happy hour! It comes with everything you need 50" wide screen flat panel TV DVD/CD player, linens, cooking utensils. Also beach chairs, Beach umbrellas, 4 = body boards, 4 = beginner foam surfboards. Misc sized wetsuits, cooler, Set of Golf clubs, tennis rackets, skim board, etc. You will love falling asleep listening to the ocean waves. From the Master bedroom you don't even have to lift your head off the pillow to see the ocean! As if the beach isn't enough it is located at the south end of Orange County which puts you between Disneyland heading north and Sea World, lego land etc.heading south to San Diego. You can catch the coastliner  train to San Diego right by the pier a block away! Great ocean views on this train trip.  Come here once and you will be hooked on this property, beach and town! San Clemente is a relatively small beach town with an incredibly friendly vibe.  San Clemente is very close to some world class surf breaks. You can walk to the village and grab a bite to eat at one of several award winning resturaunts on Del Mar Ave. There are also several blocks of fun and interesting retails shops on Del Mar Ave as well.

It comes with everything you need! 50" wide screen flat panel TV , sattelite TV , Blue Ray DVD/CD player, linens, cooking utensils, beach towels. And of course awesome ocean views!

Beach, Body Boarding, Surfing, Sun tanning on the Beach, walk the coastal trail by the water. Walk to the main street of shops Del Mar and award winning resturants. San Clemente has a very nice golf course with decent prices. Dinner and or happy hour on the pier. Fishing from the pier is free and does not require a fishing license.

Flexible pricing depending on the time of year. Prime summer weeks are $2,500/$357 per night June 10-September 10. Off season week is $1,575 - $1750 $225-250 per night September 10-June 10th. Minimum 3 night stay required.
