Oceanfront 2 bedroom 3 full bath condominium located on the 4th floor (5 elevators) with southern exposure and a view of Lands End, The Sea of Cortez and Medano Beach. This is a full service 5 star resort with a large heated swimming pool, 5 hot tubs, swim up bar, poolside restaurant, exercise room with private male and female sauna, steam room and hot tub. A spa and massage are available and the tennis courts are outdoors. A grocery store and deli are on the property and parking is underground. There are multiple restaurants around the complex or on Medano Beach. The marina and downtown can be accssed via a short walk on the beach or paved streets.

This premier unit is furnished with modern american furniture including comfortable pillow top mattresses on 1 king and 2 full queen beds. There is also a queen sized sofa pull out bed near the 3rd bathroom with shower. The kitchen has a microwave, side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and filtered drinkable cold water. A full compliment of dish ware, pots, pans and etc. are provided including most small appliances. The stove top is electric with oven. In addition there is a dishwasher and stacked washer and dryer in the condo. This resort has a desalinization plant, back up generator and superior security. Entry to living area's is through the use of a personal key card.
