Nightly Rates During High Season Based on Length of Stay.  Rates After December 20th minimum of 7 Days.

Otherwise, a three night minimum stay is required.

$175 cleaning fee.  For security deposit, you have 2 options: non-refundable fees for insurance of $49(for $1500 in insurance), $69 (for $3000 in insurance) or $89 (for $5000 in insurance) or you can pay $1000 refundable deposit.
