Really enjoyed our stay in Flagler Beach. Upon arriving at our destination and checking out the house it was perfect for what we wanted. The yard when driving up at the front was very well manicured and had nice palm trees, it had a very clean and inviting look about it. Once inside the home, it was very airy, very clean, nice comfortable furniture, great size TV, loved the tile in the bathroom, it was like being in a luxury spa! I must say, the bedrooms were very nice as well and the front bedroom bed slept so well we were lazy and didn't get up till noon! There was a nice garage for us to park our toys we brought with us, it also had a screened front so that you could sit out there if it was raining or you wanted to get away from the skeeters. The backyard was awesome, we enjoyed grilling out on the deck and making use of the very nice furniture that was available. It was a completely privacy fenced back yard, and again the landscaping was beautiful. From the deck you could look out onto the dock that ran the width of the back yard. Oh, the dock was indeed one of our favorite spots while here. There was a hanging swing to enjoy, a table and bench under a covered area, and the other side of the dock had seating as well. The dock is set up so that if you bring your own boat the ties, cleats, and cushions for tying up your boat are already in place. We were able to get some fishing done while here andw we did indeed catch some mighty fine fish. Can't sat enough good about this place, we are so happy to have had it recommended to us by some friends that had been here previously, it was clean, it was stocked with neccessities, all the appliences worked and the neighborhood was great. We were close enough that we could walk where ever we wanted to go. There is a boat launch just down the road, a nature park with nice trails, and a very lively bar/lounge right across the road. Up the road the other way are resturants, gift shops and the beach. We had a very good time exploring the area. I know for a fact that we will come back here again, next time might be for a month or two. I would highly recommend this little get away to anyone and everyone. I would like to Thank the owner for allowing us to make his home our home for the time we were here and we look forward to setting up some more time in the very near future. Thank you again, it was everything you said it was and so much more.
