Beautiful "Mexico Day Dreaming" is located just across the street from the beach in the heart of the guarded, gated community of Las Conchas. You can see, hear, and smell the Sea of Cortez from the front patio and the upper sundeck. Built in 2004, she is waiting for your "dream" getaway in Mexico. The home is tastefully decorated and includes a fireplace in the main room and a magnificent boveda brick ceiling. The spacious modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large breakfast bar. It also has a great cantina/bar in the main room, perfect for fun and relaxation. This dream home has 4 bedroom and 3.5 baths. It has a king size bed in the master bedroom with a fireplace, queen beds in the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms and the 4th bedroom has a double bed & day bed. There is a built-in charcoal BBQ and a separate fireplace on the furnished patio with awesome views of the ocean, the ideal spot to gaze at the ocean or watch a spectacular sunset at the end of the day!
