tile floors, new interior paint, new window shades, Carribean blue gates. Community is guard-gated 
with cobble stone streets, fresh water pools, tennis and world class golfing right across the toll 
road. 5 minutes south is popular Rosarito Beach, home of historic Rosarito Beach Hotel, shopping, 
lobster dining & numerous Cantinas! The property comes with fully equipped kitchen, TV w/DVD player, 
furnishings by local artisans, high-end rugs, Mexican art & Mexican glassware & hand-painted dishes.

2-3 car private driveway for off-street parking.

Ocean swimming, surfing, exploring tide pools right on the beach 
steps away from the home.
In town offers excellent restaurants ("El Nido" for intimate steak & 
lobster dining, "Le Costeau" for authentic French cuisine & ambiance 
(the locals love it) and "La Guerita" for Puerto Nuevo style 
lobster), fabulous shopping from cheap Mexican trinkets to world 
class art and furnishings and fun cantinas (rowdy "Papas & Beers," 
historic "Rosarito Beach Hotel Bar" & "Castillo Del Mar" an ocean 
front bar perfect for lots of PDA's (Public Displays of Affection)!
For those looking for an adventure off the beaten track, there 
is a locals-only fishing village just north of Foxploration right on 
the ocean. Kind of hard to find but an unforgettable experience. 
Dozens of Carribean-colored beach shacks offer up sizzling lobster 
and fish, ice-cold beer and radio music. Waves literally hit some of 
the structures. This fishing village is for the adventurous, you 
will not see many Americans there.
