has table and six upholstered chairs. 
 
Oak cabinets in kitchen with corian counters.   
Stove with glass top, side by side refrigerator with water &  
ice dispenser, built-in microwave and dishwasher. Lanai with patio  
table & 4 chairs and lovely views over golf course and lake! 
 
Master Bedroom appointed with Queen Bed, dresser,walk in closet,  
w/private bath with shower.  2nd Bedroom with 2 twin beds, dresser,  
closet. 
 
Laundry room with washer/dryer, iron & ironing board. 
 
Linens provided include sheets, blankets, beach & bath towels,  
kitchen towels.

February & March - $3250 
April - $3000 
May thru October - $1950 
November - $2500 
December - $2750 
One month minimum.  
28 days is the rental period, to allow preparation for next tenant. 
Add:  11% Florida State Tax, $500 Security Deposit.  
All utilities included except long distance calls.
