This spacious Mediterranean villa is located near the northern tip of the island in Westpunt which is adjacent to Malmok, Tierra Del Sol’s PGA golf course. This Villa can be reserved either as a 3 bedroom or 4 bedroom vacation property.

The home is approximately one mile from the ocean and 1.5 miles to the Marriott High Rise Hotels, and Boca Catalina & Arishi Beaches. Enjoy magnificent sunset views from the 2nd level deck.

The upstairs master bedroom and deck overlook the tropical garden and pool .

The ground level master bedroom opens up directly to the pool area and has gorgeous views of the garden,

The four bedroom, four bath villa (including a large lock off studio), sleeps a maximum of 12 people. Air conditioning and TVs are located in each bedrooms and living areas.

The villa offers 4 bedrooms. The upper master has a queen size bed, full bathroom with tub and shower and opens up to the second storey deck for great views and beautiful sunsets. The lower master, with a queen size bed and private bathroom with a shower, opens up directly to the garden and the pool. The studio, which also opens up to the garden and pool, has a king size bed, a sofa bed, a private bathroom with shower and a full kitchen. The 4 bedroom has a double.

The large and open main floor plan offers a dining room that can seat 10 adults, a very spacious kitchen with the amenities to cook a great meal and the living room is cozy and relaxing.There is also bathroom and laundry room on the main floor.

Outside you will find a luxurious mature tropical garden with a deep pool, gazebo, gas BBQ and plenty of seating arrangements.

Aruba offers a multitude of activities on and off the water. Watersports enthusiasts can do windsurfing, kitesurfing, waterskiing, snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, parasailing, fishing and much more.

On land you can try your hand at beach tennis, tennis, golf, mountain biking, beach volleyball, horseback riding, hiking, etc

After a beautiful sunset, you'll want to try one of the many great restaurants or simply cook at home before heading out for some live music or maybe some gamblimg in the numerous casinos.

This four bedroom villa can also be rented as a three bedroom villa (we lock the studio).

The weekly rate includes a $100.00 credit towards utilities (water & electricity). The difference is calculated by a meter reading at check in and check out.

Christmas, New Year, President and Easter weeks are $900.00 extra.
