"Winnipesaukee Moultonborough NH" Water front Mountain view in Lake Winnipesaukee

I have seventy feet of private beach gradual slope going in to Lake Winnipesaukee, also a forty foot boat dock. The house consists of a full unfinished basement above ground with a gas fireplace, a pool table, ping pong table, dart board, refrigerator, two TVs couches chairs two sliding glass doors going out to a patio on the water side. Then you go up to the first floor on the water side there is a living-room, kitchen combination. Also with a gas fireplace, a sliding glass door going out to a good size deck on the water side with a beautiful mountain view of the Ossipee Mountain Range. A full bath on the first floor with two bedrooms one has a queen size bed with a set of bunks the other has queen size. Then you go up to the top floor on the water side we have a 12x24 foot master bedroom with a sliding glass door going out to a small deck, a king size bed and a sitting area. Also on the top floor has a full bath room and the fourth bed room which has a queen size bed and a double size bed it sleeps twelve.
