The first floor offers a relaxing four-season sun room, open living, dining and kitchen area, and two bedrooms.  The house has a great outdoor porch that is wonderful for relaxing in the sun or for outdoor dining.  There is a driveway, and space for parking your car(s).

This lovely cottage has all the modern amenities, including a full kitchen and central air conditioning.  There is a wonderful outdoor porch with a Weber gas grill for outdoor cooking and dining.  The sunroom is very peaceful and relaxing, and a great place to watch TV or read.  The house has cable, wireless internet, and unlimited long distance calling within the U.S.

The house is located in historic Edgartown Village, and is just a short walk from all the Edgartown attractions and activities, including, great restaurants and shops.  Enjoy breathtaking walks through historic Edgartown Village, or relax on the any one of Edgartown's beautiful beaches.  Edgartown also offers great fishing, golf or boating.
