Unit includes a single garage, cable tv, vcr/dvd, stereo, wireless
internet, dishwasher, microwave, all linens and bedding, kitchen
fully equipped with coffeemaker and most appliances.
Activities and Attractions
Rental includes a complimentary free kayak rental.
Biking, hiking and rollerblading on nearby boardwalks, no more than
4 blocks to grocery, liquor store, visitor friendly neighborhood
pubs, restaurants, laundromat.
Other available activities are surfing, sailing, canoeing, swimming,
kayaking. Many golf courses nearby as well as the San Diego Zoo,
Balboa Park, landmark Hotel del Coronado, Legoland, Wild Animal
Park, Mexico.

July and August - $1700/wk
Winter - $1300/wk $4000/month
3 night minimum Sept. to May. High season weekly rentals are
