Vacation Rental Description

This large converted loft features 24-foot ceilings and 22-foot  
massive wooden doors. Through these doors -- and only seven feet  
away, you''ll see a 2,000 year old Roman wall (the original city  
boundaries). The original beamed ceilings, the loft bed, and the  
interior balcony make for a truly a unique experience.  
The loft has two king-size beds and one full-size bed. Amenities  
include plenty of clean towels and soap. The kitchen is well  
equipped  
and of course, stocked with all plates, utensils, etc. The loft is  
also equipped with shower and one bathroom. Please note that this is  
a true European bathroom; it is located on an exterior terrace. The  
shower is in an enclosed room, as is the toilet on this terrace.  
 
 
 
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Ceiling fans are located throughout the loft. 
 
Linens, both bed and bath are provided, as well as basic soaps and  
shampoos.   
 
The kitchen has a full refrigerator, oven, stove, clothes washer and  
coffee maker. 
 
The TV room has a TV+Antenna and VCR with a video library.  A stereo  
with cd-player is located in the living room. 
 
A mobile phone is available for use. 
  
Provided for our guests are local maps and brochures as well  
restaurant and dining guidebooks 
  

Activities and Attractions

  
Outdoor cafes as well as dozens of other cutting edge restaurants  
and  
bars are within 1 minute walk from the loft. A 3 minute walk will  
take you to the Barcelona waterfront with sailboats, cafes and  
indoor/outdoor discos. Within a short walk you will find fresh fish  
markets, fresh meat and vegetable markets as well as unique shops.  
 
The property is located on a quiet, pedestrian-only street and we  
are  
only a short walk from many attractions including the Picasso  
Museum,  
the famous "La Rambla", Gothic churches, and many trendy restaraunts  
and nightclubs. The port and beaches (including Maremagnum) are a 10  
minute walk.
