Privately located, casually designed and stylishly decked-out 7 bedroom waterfront home opens onto a dock and the intercoastal with direct boaters’ access to the Gulf. And if that isn’t enough, it’s situated just a short stroll from some of the best the Gulf beaches. A pool and a hot tub complete the picture. What more can we say? If beach, swimming, boating and the rolling sea are your things then you may never want to leave!
The living room is filled with big, comfy furniture centered around an enormous flat screen TV. A big open kitchen with a counter, 6 stools and a dining room with 8 chairs can contentedly seat a big family. The private master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed. Another king is in a guest room, a queen bed takes stage in yet another guest room while a couple twin beds in another can sleep two more. If you need more room; another floor and more room! Another kitchen, dining area, flat screen in the sitting area and 3 more bedrooms with 2 queens and a pair of twins. A bonus! A huge screened in deck will keep everyone content if it ever rains.
If that is not enough, you can rent a new 22 FT deck boat that will seat 12 for your sight seeing and fishing pleasure, powered by a 115 HP Yamaha it will sure get you to where you need to go .

vacation rental rates
SEPT,through,FEB,$2600 per week plus $200 cleaning fee or $10.000.00 per month. pool heat $120.week
Christmas and Thanksgiving weeks,$3500 per week plus $200 cleaning fee..
April 12,through,AUG,$3300 PER WEEK PLUS $200 CLEANING FEE or $13000 MO
Spring break from March 1st to April 12 $4000 plus $200 cleaning fee.
Boat rental is $1000 a week .. or $600 for 3 days..
$1500 reservation deposit to be paid at the time of reservation
the balance is to be paid 60 days prior to arrival.
We accept visa, MC, for deposit only, balance is to be paid by check..or e check.
