minute drive to Old Koloa Town, a 10 minute drive to Poipu Village
Shopping Center or a 15 minute trip to the mini metropolis of Lihue
and the "big" stores Kauai has to offer. No matter what type of food
you are craving, you won't have to travel far in any direction to find
your desire.

vacation rental rates
From $85.00+/night low season(3 night min.)includes 2 people... additional
person charge per night $10/night + cleaning fee $50.00 ($75- for 3-4 people) + 13.42% tax.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Reservations are confirmed on receipt of 50% deposit. The payment balance is due 60 days prior to reservation start day. If the balance is not paid in full 60 days prior to reservation start day, the deposit is forfeited and the reservation is canceled.
Full refund will be provided up to 90 days from reservation start day.
89 days or less the payment will not be refunded if the unit remains unrented.
If the unit is rented, a full refund will be provided.
