This charming contemporary and cozy getaway is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Sylvan Beach.

It has 100 feet of water front called the Horse Shoe inlet, that takes you to the Erie canal, which runs into Oneida Lake.

It is just a few minutes from marinas, great restaurants (some with live entrtainment), park, amusement park, sandy beach and the historical Erie Canal.

This 850 square feet house has two bedroom of which one is in the loft with a full-size memorifoam bed, the other has a full-size futon. The house is equiped with a continous water heater. The contemporary living room, the small dining area and the island kitchen with bar stools are comfortable. The loft has a small TV for a Playstation 2.

The stereo has Ipod and Iphone dock and CD payer.

GDs, DVDs videos, playstation games, books and table games are provided for your enjoyment.

The floating dock accomodates boats up to 21 feet. Fishing can be enjoyed from the back yard. There is also a firepit in the back yard.

There is plenty of parking in the front yard.

Ideal for four to five people ehether it is for one week, a three day weekend, one month or more, any season of the year inthis winterized home.

A home away from home, where you just need to bring your clothes and food.

$750/week, preferably from Saturday to Saturday

From May to October,  $2,996/month

From November to April, $750/month + utilities

Upon receipt of $300 security deposit, price and dates are confirmed. The security deposit will be refunded unless damages have been encountered, or a cleaning fee of $70 is needed.

Rent payment is due 3 weeks before arrival.

Checks or money orders prefered. Paypal is fine for security deposit.
