The Villa Mesquite is a luxurious, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome with all the amenities of home. Our townhouse offers guests access to a community swimming pool and patio area for family gatherings or a fun weekend with friends. We also encourage long-term renters who want to escape chilly winter weather and bask in the sunlight of the California Desert! When guests stay in Villa Mesquite, one of their first things they notice is the amount of sunlight in the townhouse. This is due to french doors on both sides of the house, which allow sunlight to enter all times of the day. Our living room has plush furniture, large screen television, access to our townhouse's main patio area and a spectacular view of the nearby San Jacinto Mountains. The kitchen in fully furnished with state-of-the-art appliances and cooking utensils. If you want to cook outdoors, take advantage of Villa Mesquite's Fire Magic Echelon BBQ, which is large enough to cook any type of barbecue you can imagine! All three (3) of our bedrooms have queen beds. The master suite has its own bathroom and a private patio area. Other rooms with patio access include one of the guest bedrooms (main patio) and the dining room (master bedroom patio). Guests at Villa Mesquite also have access to two sets of tennis courts - totaling to four (4) courts - which are only steps away from our unit. Small pets are allowed.
