Our family of 6 stayed in the cottage on 14th, for a week during summer vacation. The cottage is wonderful. They provided everything a family could possibly need for a comfortable stay, including bedding, pillows, and there was even charcoal for the grill. It was in comfortable walking distance to Seawall Blvd, and the ocean. I think it took me about 15 minutes to walk it myself and I am not particularly fit. We loved sitting on the back patio in a small but beautiful garden area. There was even an outdoor shower to get sand and salt off of us after adventures on the beach. The house is beautifully decorated for people of all tastes and ages. The kids loved having tons of movies for their use when relaxing after a long day. Our hosts were available, friendly, informative about island activities, and absolutely wonderful to us. I would recommend this vacation rental to anyone at anytime of year. It was so much better than staying at a motel, and the owners have kept in mind pricing on the home for people like our family who are on a limited income, to be able to still afford a wonderful vacation. I am disabled and would recommend this even to persons with disabilities outside of those who have trouble with balance or wheelchairs. There is a bedroom on the first floor, and access to everything that need might require. The only thing that makes it a disadvantage for people unable to walk or move about well is the stair entrances to the home. Thanks so much. It was the best family vacation we have had yet.
