Pretty In Pink in Gulf Shores

Located near historical Fort Morgan, "Pretty in Pink" is a 1900 square foot pet friendly, single family beach home that overlooks the community and the Gulf.  The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and sleeps up to 10 guests. It is a 3-story structure with covered parking on the ground floor.  The living area and one bedroom are on the second floor, with 3 additional bedrooms on the top floor. Both the main floor and the top floor have front and back porches, and you can relax and enjoy the screened porch off the living room. (Yes, that's 4 porches the length of the fronts and backs of the house!). There's even a telescope for star gazing!

The community has a boardwalk, 2 outdoor pools, and tennis courts. A variety of activities are available in the area, such as golf, kayaking, sailing, boating, fishing, water skiing, parasailing, jet skiing, swimming, surfing, windsurfing, biking, racquetball, tennis, miniature golf, horseback riding, theaters, museums, amusement park, zoo/wildlife park, historical site seeing, and of course shopping!  Relax inside with the two flat-screened TV's (a 60" in the living room), a Blu Ray DVD player, Surround Sound, a stereo, or wireless Internet.  There is a fully stocked kitchen and  a lovely dining area if you choose to cook, or visit one of our local restaurants.  This house is perfect for your quiet romantic get-away or for the entire family to relax and enjoy!

Pretty in Pink is a very easy stroll to the white sandy beaches and beautiful waters Gulf Shores is famous for. The first of Morgantown's two swimming pools is positioned between the house and the beach.

Your Investment

Prices include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $49 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), a small house cleaning fee of $125 and a linen charge ($25/bedroom and $10/bathroom) - which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap.

To protect your investment, we also offer trip insurance from an AAAAA rated insurance company. We highly recommend you give it your consideration because, if you would have to cancel your trip for any reason, you'd receive a full refund for your rental.

Pretty in Pink is located at 6122 Sawgrass Circle, Gulf Shores, AL 36542. Just 15 minutes west of downtown, Pretty in Pink is also very convenient to all restaurants, shopping centers, movie theaters, and amusement parks.

For golfers in the group, Pretty in Pink is located next door to the world famous Kiva Dunes Golf Club, a winner of numerous Golf Digest awards.  Just down the street is home to 27 perfectly manicured holes at the Peninsula Golf Club. Both resorts are truly world class.

There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap.

There is a $50 cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to arrival.

For your convenience, we can also offer optional trip insurance from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended to protect your investment!)
