This house is located In Henderson and while it is about 13 miles from the strip, it is a quick 15-20 minute commute on the expressway to the World Famous Las Vegas Strip. The Henderson Palace offers the opportunity to be near the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas while maintaining the privacy everyone desires. The 2 story 3,700+ sf home consists of 6 bedrooms, 4 Baths, pool with solar heating and a fire pit. The solar heating provides you with a warm pool for swimming from about April - October at no extra charge for pool heat.

This house is in a nice Henderson neighborhood and is close to many parks and recreation facilities. Take a short hike up a nearby trail and enjoy a fabulous view of the Strip. This large house with 2 family rooms and numerous King and Queen sized beds is easily suitable for large groups (as many as 16 people). Gatherings of up to 40 people may be held here for a small extra fee.

The home is just 1 mile from the City View trail and viewpoint. This hiking trail zig zags up to a local vantage point overlooking the Las Vegas valley. Amador Park located just behind the Fire Station #97 is only 2 blocks away. Highlights here are: dog park, jogging trail, children play area including water feature, BBQ stations and pic-nic tables and basket ball court.

The city of Henderson parks and recreation's Multi-Generation Center is just a 5 min drive located on Paseo Verde and Green Valley Parkways. There are indoor/outdoor lap pools complete with diving board. Indoors features work out facility, indoor jogging track, group classes ranging from yoga, to martial arts. Indoor Basketball courts and kids game room. Outdoor Amphitheater featuring seasonal concerts and productions. Paseo Verde Library is located just across from the Multi-Gen Center.
