Vacation Rental Description

Holladay Cottage is a fabulous two bedroom, two bath
cottage located within minutes of all of the attractions the Blowing 
Rock area has the offer. This fun-loving cottage is the perfect 
getaway for a small family, for two couples, or a romantic retreat. 

You will feel right at home the minute you enter the Great Room with 
its invitng atmosphere and warm heart pine floors, gas-log
fireplace, and cozy cottage chic decor.
 
Each bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, and its own full, private bath.
The Sunroom offers additional space for curling up with a book or 
playing games and it also serves as sleeping space for extra guests 
with a futon with a comfortable, eight-inch thick mattress.  

The fully equipped eat-in Kitchen, open to the Great Room has all 
new appliances including, range, microwave, and refrigerator as well 
as many other amenities that are usually available for your use such 
as spices for cooking. It has windows overlooking the huge deck for 
entertaining and outdoor grilling.


This wonderful mountain home is air conditioned in the summer for 
your comfort.

Activities and Attractions

Holladay Cottage is located just minutes from the Village of Blowing
Rock-  home to wonderful boutiques, parks, great restaurants, and the
Blowing Rock Stage Company.  The Blue Ride Parkway with its miles of
hiking trails and scenic vistas and the Tweetsie Railroad are less 
than a mile away.  Other nearby attractions include Grandfather 
Mountain, the Blowing Rock, Linville Falls, Linvill Caverns, 
Appalachian State University, and four ski resorts.

Vacation Rental Rates

Nightly Rentals.... $165.00/night (Two Night Minimum)
Three-night minimum on Major Holidays
Weekly Rate....$850.00/week
           
*Week of Christmas through New Year's- Weekly Rental Only
$950.00

Cleaning Fee $65.00, Fully Refundable Security Deposit $250.00 and 
Sales Tax must be added to each stay.
Well-behaved pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of 
$60.00 per pet.  
Rates are subject to change until your reservation is confirmed.
