Holladay Cottage is a fabulous two bedroom, two bath
cottage located within minutes of all of the attractions the Blowing
Rock area has the offer. This fun-loving cottage is the perfect
getaway for a small family, for two couples, or a romantic retreat.
You will feel right at home the minute you enter the Great Room with
its invitng atmosphere and warm heart pine floors, gas-log
fireplace, and cozy cottage chic decor.
Each bedroom offers its own full, private bath. The Master has a Queen bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds.
The Sunroom offers additional space for curling up with a book or
playing games and it also serves as sleeping space for extra guests
with a futon with a comfortable, eight-inch thick mattress.
The fully equipped eat-in Kitchen, open to the Great Room has all
new appliances including, range, microwave, and refrigerator as well
as many other amenities that are usually available for your use such
as spices for cooking. It has windows overlooking the huge deck for
entertaining and outdoor grilling.
This wonderful mountain home is air conditioned in the summer for
your comfort.

Holladay Cottage is located just minutes from the Village of Blowing
Rock- home to wonderful boutiques, parks, great restaurants, and the
Blowing Rock Stage Company. The Blue Ride Parkway with its miles of
hiking trails and scenic vistas and the Tweetsie Railroad are less
than a mile away. Other nearby attractions include Grandfather
Mountain, the Blowing Rock, Linville Falls, Linville Caverns,
Appalachian State University, and four ski resorts.
