vacation rental description
Our condominium suite is a comfortably appointed home away from home, easily accessed from the lobby entrance. Our suite is furnished with a King/split bed in the master bedroom. Upon request, this King bed can be split as two twin beds upon request at time of reservation. In the second bedroom are two Queen sized beds. In the living room is a queen sofa bed. Our patio can be easily accessed from the front of the building, which is a very convenient feature both in summer and winter months.
Greystone Lodge is located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain next to the Wizard Express and Magic Chair lifts. The ski slope is only a few minute walk or ski away, as is the Blackcomb plaza. Our condominium complex is a boutique style complex with only 52 units, which makes Greystone Lodge one of the smaller vacation rental locations in the Benchlands neighborhood in Whistler.
All guest stays 3 nights or more include housekeeping at check-out at no extra charge. Free in-suite wifi for all guests, as well free parking at our secured underground parking. Our rates do not include 12% HST as required by Canadian provincial governemtn. All reservations require a damage deposit amount of $250 - $350, either by cheque or credit card hold. The damage deposit is fullly refundable at conclusion of guest stay if no damages are incurred.

Jan 5 - Mar 14: $275/night; $255/night for 3-5 nights; $245/night for 6+nights.
Mar 15 - 25: $265/night (4 night min stay); $245/night for 6+nights.
Apr 9 - Apr 27: $195/night (4 night min stay); $175/night for 6+nights.
All reservations require minimum 3-night rental. 2-nt rentals are sometimes available.
Housekeeping at check-out is included in the reservation total.
Does not include 12% HST (Canadian Provincial Tax).
