Off Season Rate of $1950 during months of May through October. Holiday Rate of $2200 during months of November and December. Seasonal Rate of $3900 during months of January through April.

There is a transfer fee of $250 which transfers the golf membership to you while you are staying there.  You pay Greens fees/Golf Fees per each round of golf, you recieve the transfer member rates.  $250 transfer fee is only neccessary/required if you play golf while you are there

There is a $10 fee for the front gate pass. We do a criminal background check which is $24.90 per person which you would submit with your application. There is a $125 fee which pays for your move out cleaning. Each months rent and $1000 security deposit is due at lease signing.  These are all the fees and monetary obligations in renting the townhome.
