Fully furnished home with eat-in kitchen that has all appliances
including large stove, fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, dishes
and cookware for 10 people.
Our private, heated pool is enjoyable with the pool toys we provide
for our special guests, the children (of all ages).
The split floor plan of the house provides privacy for the four
bedrooms, and gathering places in the Family room, Living room and
Kitchen area.
The Master Bedroom with Queen size bed has ensuite with his and hers sinks, garden bath and separate shower. Two other bedrooms have double size beds, and the forth bedroom has two twin size beds. There is a bed
chesterfield in the Family room. Two other bathrooms in the home are
ideally located especially one opening to the pool area.

To complete the pleasure of your stay we have a game table, board
games and video movies, two TV's,Stereo w/CD Player, Air
Conditioning and ceiling fans.
The pool side furniture is in the lanai area, for sun tanning, and
is complete with table and poolside plastic plates and glasses.
The garden patio is equiped with full size gas BBQ for total outdoor
enjoyment.
Maid service at the end of your stay, and pool heat is included in
the price.
If your require Crib and High Chair, please request at time of
booking. These will be provided at no charge. We have two baby
strollers available as well.

Located only 5 miles from Disney World Parks, and Celebration, a
little further from Universal Studios, Sea World, Gatorland and
excellent shows like Arabian Nights, Medieval Times, Murder Mystery
to name a few. Many fine restuarants, and other activities are also
very close by, including excellent golf courses, mini-golf courses,
water parks, helicopter rides and horseback riding.

One hours drive east will take you to Daytona, a little further to
Kennedy Space Centre (yes, at times you can view a launch), or one
hours drive west will take you to the beautiful beaches in Tampa or
St. Petersburg. Ask for our top recommendations.

All prices are subject to 13% Sales and Tourist Tax.

The price is
for the entire home use for the week, not per person. A reservation
deposit of $250.00 is required. The full rental amount with tax is
due 30 days prior to your stay. The $250.00 security deposit will be
refunded after your stay, or used to cover any damages.
Our prices are per week, normally starting from Saturday.
Information regarding directions, keys, parks and attractions will
be provided when rental payment is received.
