Villas Castillo Blanco 1, 2, and 3 are three beautiful villas just at
the entrance of Playacar Phase 1, few steps from the "Quinta
Avenida" or "Fifth Avenue" and the "Paseo del Carmen" the most
famous shopping center of Playa del Carmen. The best beach of Playa
del Carmen is 2 blocks from the houses and you can have easy
walking access to everything. A NEW SWIMMING POOL WITH JACUZZI IT'S JUST IN FRONT OF THE VILLAS.
Playacar phase 1 is the most exclusive gated community of Playa del
Carmen and you can be secure and away from the noise of the town.
The villas are very new and are created and managed by italian
owners and all the best furniture inside are directly from Italy.
Each villa has 3 floors, and each floor has 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2
bathrooms, living room and a full italian kitchen. Each floor has
many balconys and an autonomy access to the entrance.
A big hot tub-Jacuzzi is on the roof top of Villa Castillo Blanco 1
& 2, a tennis court is few steps from the villas. Short distance to the Golf course. Castillo Blanco III has a special price 910usd for 7 nights.
