As experienced world travelers, we have learned the value of having the “little things” at your finger tips. Here at Mountain Top Getaways, we are happy to offer you those “little things”. You’ll find a kitchen that has all the essentials such as spices, baking pans, and cookware. Also included are toiletries and first aid items should you need them.  We want you to relax and have fun in the mountains, not worry if you have to bring towels, linens etc… you just need your clothes, food, and your personal items. We’ll handle the rest for you. We invite you to come up to Mountain Top Getaways and Experience The Difference.

Available for two night minimum stays

Fully furnished. Just bring your food and personal toiletries.

MOUNTAIN TOP GETAWAYS PROVIDES YOU WITH …

Electronics: 40 inch HDTV, with Netflix movies, Wii and other games, and wireless internet.

Kids:Family Board Games

Kitchen:  Fully Equipped… (spices, cooking items, etc.) Dinnerware for 8

Parking:  On and off street

Central Heat/Air Conditioning and gas fire-place

Full washer and dryer:  Laundry soap etc. provided.

Sleeps:  One queen, two doubles, and two twins. All towels & linens provided

Deck:  Wraps around back side of house giving you the beautiful forest and mountain view, with out-door furniture.

No pets allowed.

The Running Springs area offers activities year round, including skiing, snow boarding, cross country skiing, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, shopping, restaurants, and other mountain activities.

Weekend rates are based on a two night minimum-third night free

Winter Season $780 for 3 nights (winter November-March)

Summer Season $490 for 3 nights (summer season is April - October)

Thanksgiving: 4 nights (Wed/Thurs/Fri/Sat) $1500 - check out Sunday

Christmas: Including (24/25/26) 4nights $1700 - 4th night could be 23rd or 27th

New Years Eve: Including (31/1): 4 nights $1500 -2 nights before or after 31st & 1st.

Christmas Holiday week: (Dec 23 – Jan 2) $2000

Terms:

50% deposit at time of reservation. 50% of deposit will be refunded if cancelled 7 days before. No refund of deposit on holiday reservations. Check in at 3PM of first day. Check out 12pm of last day. Credit card payment only Visa/MC.

Cleaning fee of $100 is paid up front nonrefundable.  Rental is to be cleaned and left as found.
