Tropical Paradise at Bowman Beach in Sanibel Island

Relax and unwind in this spacious two bedroom, well appointed condo. Main bedroom has king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds plus a queen size sofabed.  Decorated in bright tropical colors and highlighting a large original wall mural that will remind you of the beautiful birds and unique water scenes that you will experience on your visit.  The screen porch with table and chairs  invite you to sit back with your morning coffee and enjoy the peace & quiet of this lovely setting.  The short, easy walk to the white sandy Gulf of Mexico beach will entice you to spend hours looking for shells, swimming in the Gulf, walking for miles or just soaking up the sun.  Since our condo complex is the only one in the area, the beach is never crowded and very natural.  You will see wading birds, Royal Terns, maybe dolphin close to shore or even a large turtle.  After a lazy day at the beach, you might want to cook out on the grills or vist the many great restaurants in the area.  Swaying palms, lush tropical plantings,warm breezes, the beautiful pool and beach all add up to this ideal relaxing vacation spot.

Miles of white sandy beach are ideal for long walks, beach combing and power walks.   Bowman Beach is one of the top shelling areas on Sanibel.  We are near Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge which is known for birding and you can walk or drive through plus enjoy the wonderful visitors center.  We are a short drive to many top restrauants on Sanibel and Captiva.  The Shell Museum is a special treat and has a gift shop.  There are many interesting shops on the island you will want to visit.  You can rent bikes or inline skates to take in the miles of paved paths - travel from one end of the island to the other.  The bike path is about 2 blocks from the condo and bike racks are near our parking space.  Clam Bayou is close and ideal for Canoe or Kayak use, free of charge to guests.  There are golf courses on the island and Ft. Myers.  There are a number of boat cruises that go to off islands or rent a boat for fishing or exploring.  Full fitness center near by with weekly memberships available plus a state of the art library to enjoy.
