An enormous 100-year old pecan tree adorns the backyard & provides a scenic, private & shady patio environment to relax & have a cool drink. With 4 Bedrooms/2 full Bathrooms, Ardsley Place is stocked with everything you'll need to have a fabulous vacation, including very comfy beds!!  A separate 2-car garage provides extra safety for your car(s); a full-size attic for suitcases, shopping spree purchases or ghost chasing; fenced private backyard provides a safe environment for you, your dog or your kids.  BRAND NEW ON THE VACATION MARKET!!

Staying in Downtown Savannah is fun, but has its drawbacks.  I've stayed downtown in hotels, vacation rentals and B & B's several times before I bought this house.  It's noisy throughout the night with over-imbibed and zealous revelers hollering in the streets or fish/vegetable trucks hauling produce in the wee hours of the morning.  The downtown area also has several inner-city pockets into which a pedestrian would not want to wander unknowingly at night.  Ardsley Place will give you the proximity of downtown Savannah and quiet, SAFE, serene evenings without all the traffic and city noise.

Bordering historic downtown Savannah, the Ardsley Park neighborhood was built in the '30's and '40's as the first suburban neighborhood for the downtown business area.  It has been rated Savannah's TOP neighborhood every year for the past 7 years for it's beauty, majestic oaks, historic significance and safe streets.  Ardsley Place is centrally-located within blocks of downtown Savannah and easy driving access to the marshy inland islands and Tybee Island Beach.

Ardsley Place is stocked with meaningful selections of my grandmother's antique furniture and glassware collections.  She was born the year the Titanic sunk, so her collection dates back to the 19th century.  Ardsley Place also has a full security system.  A large, city block-sized park is located approximately 3 houses away with swings and play sets.  It's a beautiful park to take kids or dog to, and is also large enough to enjoy a picnic lunch or jog through.

Ardsley Place is a 1900 square foot single family home, with 4 bedrooms/2 baths and a separate 2-car garage.  The house is stocked with all linens, kitchenware and extras that you might need to make your vacation special.  Well behaved dogs are invited and must be pre-approved.  The backyard is fenced for kids'/dog safety.  Securty alarm adds additional peace of mind.  The house's location makes getting to downtown or the islands, beaches very simple!!!

Enjoy all of Savannah's sites within minutes and very easy access from Ardsley Place.....historic trolley tours, horse-drawn scenic tours, ghost/hearse tours, pub crawls, weekend jazz/music festivals, Palula Dean's Lady & Sons, The Mercer House, ancient Bonaventure Cemetery, soaring cathedral of St. John the Baptist, Broughton St. shopping corridor, Forsythe Park, historic city park squares, Fort Pulaski, River Street Pubs, riverboat tours, fishing, boating, Tybee Island & beach, Hilton Head Island...just to name a few!!

Jan - Dec: $160-$170/night, $950/week, $3,200/month

3-Night Minimum; 2-Night rentals will be considered for fill-ins.

Extra $10/person/night for additional people over party of 4.

Taxes not included included and will be added at checkout.

$300 Refundable Security Deposit returned after check-out.

St. Patrick's Day rate is $400/night; 4-Night Minimum

Higher security deposit may be requested for large guest parties, canine guests, or St. Patrick's Day.
