- Kitchen has cherry cabinets, granite counters, tile backsplash and high end Bosch stainless steel appliances plus dishes.
- Energy efficient front loading washer & dryer.
- Living room has leather sofa, coffee table, rug and 52" LCD HDTV + Blu-Ray player in large entertainment unit. No cable TV but the Blu-Ray player does work with Netflix (your account) and is hooked up to the Internet/WiFi (provided).
- Cherry dining table with 6 leather dining chairs.
- Master bedroom has own bathroom with towels, walk-in closet, queen mattress & wood bed frame, bedding, two nightstands, plush storage bench, and dresser.
- 2nd bedroom has queen bed frame & mattress + walk-in closet. Whole condo is wired for ethernet distribution out of 2nd bedroom closet. Linens provided upon request for this bedroom.
- 3rd bedroom has desk + chair and closet. No mattress in this room... air mattress/sleeping bags would be appropriate. If long term renter then we can negotiate providing a mattress.
- Large balcony overlooking pool area with entry from master bedroom & living room.
- 2 bathrooms (1 for master bedroom + 1 shared), both with towels.
- Central cooling/heat.
