Great News!!! The new public beach path is now open!!! Our home at
158 West Flamingo Circle is just one block away, so you can easily
walk back and forth to the best part of Marco's beautiful crescent
beach, just north of the Marriott. We provide beach chairs, towels,
and a cooler for your day at the beach.
Our 3 BR 2 BA, smoke-free, pet-free home includes a spacious LR with
new leather seating, DR with new dining set and sliding door to the
lanai, fully equipped white kitchen with sunny breakfast nook, and
laundry room. There is tile throughout for a low allergen environment.
The master bedroom boasts a new King bedroom set, sliding door to
the lanai, and attached bathroom with shower. On the opposite side
of the home, the two other bedrooms share a bathroom with spa tub
and separate shower. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has
twin beds and a sliding door to the lanai.
The expansive lanai with electric heated pool, patio furniture, and
gas grill is enclosed by a screened pool cage. The backyard is
surrounded on three sides by hedges for maximum privacy.
This is one of three homes we manage on the same street. They are
perfect for multiple family vacations or for those attending
conferences at the Marriott.
HIGH SPEED INTERNET is included at no extra charge, so don't forget
to bring your laptop!
