Great News!!! The new public beach path is now open!!! Our home at
158 West Flamingo Circle is just 1/4 mile away, so you can easily
walk back and forth to the best part of Marco's beautiful crescent
beach, just north of the Marriott. We provide beach chairs, towels,
and a cooler for your day at the beach.
Our 3 BR 2 BA home includes a spacious LR with leather seating, DR with new dining set and sliding door to the lanai, fully equipped white kitchen with granite counters, sunny breakfast nook, and laundry room.
The master bedroom boasts a new King bedroom set, sliding door to
the lanai, and attached bathroom with shower. On the opposite side
of the home, the two other bedrooms share a bathroom with spa tub
and separate shower. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has
twin beds and a sliding door to the lanai.
The expansive lanai with electric heated pool, patio furniture, and
gas grill is enclosed by a screened pool cage. The backyard is
surrounded on three sides by hedges for maximum privacy.
With tile floors throughout and a strict "no smoking" and "no pets" policy, we strive to provide a low allergen environment.
This is one of four homes we own on the same street. They are
perfect for family vacations or for those attending conferences at the Marriott.
HIGH SPEED INTERNET and phone calls to the US and Canada are included.
