The resort is a gated community with security guards on duty 24/7 which means extra safety for your family. Its outstanding amenities include a 4000 sq ft club house with a heated swimming pool and spa, a fitness center, a sauna / steam room, a computer room with Internet access, and a video games room. There are also volleyball and tennis courts, a children play area, 11 acres of woodland with nature trails for walking, jogging and cycling. Shuttle services are available to Disney Parks and the main area attractions with a small fee.

The house boasts 2 Master Bedroom En-suites with Custom King Size beds and matching furniture, 2 Bedroom with Custom Queen Size bed and matching furniture, 2 themed bedrooms each with 2 twin beds, 1 themed bedroom with 2 bunk beds. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 16+ guests.

The living room, family room, dinning room, breakfast area, fully equipped kitchen, and game room on the first floor provide ample space for cooking, dinning, entertaining, and relaxing. If any of your family members is allergic to carpets, or you are tired of seeing worn out carpets with unpleasant stains, you will find this full ceramic flooring house extremely attractive.

Stepping outside of the breakfast area you will see a massive covered lanai/deck (400 sq feet) with two sets of patio tables and chairs where you can enjoy the beautiful Florida sunset or watch your children having a wonderful time in the swimming pool/spa.

Driving for about 2 minutes from the house, you will arrive at the Formosa Gardens Shopping Plaza with a supermarket (24-hour), post office, medical and pharmacy facilities, bank and ATM machine, liquor store, and a variety of restaurants to meet your needs.
