This property has 5 Bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, as well as 1 half bathroom and a hot/cold outdoor shower. Each bedroom is very well appointed. There are three (3) separate central heat / air conditioning zones so our guests' comfort is never an issue.
The main gournet kitchen is complete with expansive granite countertops, built-in refrigerator, dishwasher, double wall convection oven, microwave, 5 burner gas range.
The outdoor pool is heated for our guests' enjoyment equipped with an automatic pool cover.
In the garage area you will find beach chairs, umbrellas, and an extra refrigerator.
There is a full size laundry room with washer/dryer and utility sink.
There is also plenty of off-street parking for four vehicles.
