slips. Dock over water with swing and yard furniture. Outdoor grill 
and fish fryer. Floors are wood and tile. 12x24 upstairs deck with 
patio furniture overlooking the water. Cement drive. Landscaped. 6 
lounge chairs for sunning outside with patio tables and chairs. 
Goose down pillows, goose down mattress pads for extra pampering. 
Queen size futon with inner coil mattress in living room. TV's in both bedroms and living room.

Bring a boat or hire a guide and go in the Gulf or up the Suwannee 
River and visit its many different springs.You can also just lounge 
around and enjoy the quitness from this coastal village. Watch the 
Pelicans,Seagulls, Ducks, Egrets. Chance a manatee or otter swimming 
in the river and canal. You can watch the turtle sunbathe on the 
logs or view an alligator basking in the sun. Watch the Bald Eagle 
and Osprey soar!  Ride down the Lower Suwannee Wildlife Refuge and 
fell and see the unspoiled Florida Wilderness. Rent a Golf Cart and 
cruise around the village like the locals do. Rent a Pontoon boat
