Oceanview, Large, NEW Spacious Home (2600 sq. ft.) 5 Bedroom 3
baths. San Diego weather, great for summer cool or winter warmth.
Large terrace facing the ocean and larger terrace facing park with
gazebo. The house and furniture are brand new. Perfect for families
with young children. Only 25 minutes from the border and 2.5 hours
from Los Angeles.

Residential Neighborhood with a private sandy beach. Sleeps 12
comfortably. Master Bedroom has king size bed and private, full
bathroom. 2 bedrooms each has a queen sized bed. 4th bedroom has 2
sets of bunk bed with a total of 4 twin size beds. Upstairs room has 2 full beds.  Most mattress are new Serta or Simmons.  Full kitchen with everything, Dining room, 32" LCD TV with DVD player and blue ray.  Stainless steel propane gas grill.

100 Times better than Las Gaviotas or San Antonio

This is our 5th time in Rosarito with our large family. In the past we would stay at large house in Las Gaviotas and San Antionio. Those house were average. . This house is wonderful and way better the other properties we rented in the past. The kitchens have everything for a turkey dinner. Beds were very very comfortable. Patio furniture is great for an outdoor dinner facing the ocean. All the kids had fun at the beach. We will come again.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Perfect Birthday Weekend

From the moment me and my family drove up to the house, we were blown away. We were happy to discover that the pictures offered online were surprisingly accurate and even exceeded our expectations. The house was clean, well-maintained and fully equipped (everything from kitchenware to bedsheets and towels was included). The community was very friendly and the owner was especially hospitable. He was cooperative and available to guide me through the entire process; it was a privilege to work with him.

The location of the house is ideal. My family and I enjoyed taking pictures at the private beach, strolling around the neighborhood, and shopping for keepsakes at the markets downtown (which is a 10 min drive). On our last night, we enjoyed a traditional Mexican dinner at a nearby restaurant nearby called "Nido." The restaurant provided a traditional 'pueblo' atmosphere and we definitely enjoyed the woman who made homemade tortillas 5 feet away from our table.
I highly recommend this house and advise any potential renter to stay at least 3 days.

If your looking for a relaxing getaway or celebration with the family, this house has it all. All you have to bring is yourself!

Summer Vacation 2011

I would definitely recommend this property to any family that is going on vacation to Rosarito. We were three families together and the house was perfect for our needs. The private beach is very nice and clean. It was in a great location not to noisy and at the same time was very accesible for market, gas, etc.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing
