baths.  San Diego weather, great for summer cool or winter warmth.
Large terrace facing the ocean and larger terrace facing park with 
gazebo.  The house and furniture are brand new. Perfect for families 
with young children.  Only 25 minutes from the border and 2.5 hours 
from Los Angeles.

....A quiet, private and safe relaxing vacation spot.... in a Gated 
Residential Neighborhood with a private sandy beach.  Sleeps 12 
comfortably.  Master Bedroom has king size bed and private, full 
bathroom. 2 bedrooms each has a queen sized bed. 4th bedroom has 2 
sets of bunk bed with a total of 4 twin size beds.  Office 
upstairs has a very comfortable futon that can sleep two. Full 
kitchen, Dining room, 32" LCD TV with DVD player.  Please bring 
DVDs and towels.
