*Weekly rates are based on Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday stays. Additional fee applies for Saturday to Saturday stay.
Holiday weekends are subject to three night minimums and higher rates.
Winter weekends require a Friday and Saturday stay.
Long term and winter season (mid dec - mid mar) rentals available, call for rates.
9% occupancy tax due on any rental shorter than 30 days.
