Our beautiful lakefront, beach inspired home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The 4th
Bed room is a walk through to get to the hall bath. Huge master with a pillow top queen bed & full bath. Second bedroom pillow top queen bed. Third bedroom has a full size bed.The Forth Bedroom has a Queen Bed. Will sleep 8 & 1 small childern.

A roomy & open Living area. Fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. Dining area seats 6 with seating for an additional 4 at the bar. Cable TV included in living room , Master and 2nd br. DVD/VCR player in the livingroom. Large roomy corner lot with 2 large decks. The back deck overlooking the lake. Where you can fish in your own backyard!

Gas grill is provided. Washer and Dryer. A golf cart is included in the rental, which is a $320.00 per week value if rented in the community!

2 Beach Comber Bikes 1 male,1 female, 7 Boggy Boards Free to take to Beach, 4 Beach chairs for use during your rental! Just a short walk to the private community beach. Beach access includes bathroom and shower.

Bed Linens and Towels are not furnished. All Beds come with quilted spreads. 4 pillows per bed, All furnishing are New! 

Oceanside Village is a very family oriented, private gated community. Several stocked ponds for fishing, Indoor/outdoor pools, New outdoor pool play area. Playground, lighted tennis courts, football, baseball & soccer fields and much more!

Swimming, Biking, and fishing are within the community. A new workout facility
is also avaliable for a small fee. An amusment park, water parks,
golf courses, or most any other attraction can be found nearby,
outside the community. Including outstanding dining and
entertainment options. Only about 8 miles to the Broadway at the Beach on Hwy 17 Bypass.

2013 to 2014 Rates

March 2013 $795 per week + $85 Cleaning Fee

March 2013 $1250 Per MONTH +$85 Cleaning Fee

April 2013 $895 per week + $85 Cleaning Fee  

May 2013 - August 2013 $1250.00 per week + Cleaning Fee $85  

September 2013 $995.00 per week + $85  Cleaning Fee 

October 2013 to March 2014 MONTHLY Rental $1250 + $85  Cleaning Fee 

Week of July 4th, Meroial Day, Labor Day are $100.00 extra  

1 week minimum stay. Plus FREE Golf Cart for your use a $320 Value

All Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check in is 3:00pm check out is 10:00am

Cleaning Fee is $85.00   

Reservations are made only upon receipt of the $250.00 Security deposit and Rental Agreement Application completed and related documents signed and returned to us.

Security Deposit will be returned to you by mail with in 15 Days of Check-out, when the house has been inspected for any Broken, Damaged or Missing Items.

All Cancelations must be made 60 Days prior to your rental date.

Full payment must be made no less than 45 days prior to your reservation date, so we can send all information and your a gate pass. 

Any reservations made within 30 days or less of rental dates must be paid in full at the time reservations are confirmed and must be paid by certified check or credit card.

Minimum age to book is 25 years old or a married couple and maximum occupancy is 

No more than 8 Adults and 2 small children. The security deposit is to be held against damage to the golf cart as well. It is understood that the Family Renting our Beach Home is Responsible for any Damages. No one can drive the golf cart unless they are a licensed driver.
