"The Great Escape River House" has so much to offer! An incredible vacation, luxury accommodations & memories of which will last a lifetime.

Don't let the price scare you! This is one of the best deals for what you get on the coast. Depending on time of year, weekly full capacity bookings are between $22 & $45/person per day (amt. includes rent, cleaning fee, & taxes - not the refundable damage deposit). As with most vacation rentals, the rates are slightly higher when less than a week is booked.

This is not a 2000 sq ft house, awkwardly configured for 22 people. This is 4500 sq ft of luxury accommodations! Everyone under the same roof. Staying in separate hotels or condo's is like herding cats with a big group. This house offers sleeping for 22, 4 full bathrooms, 1000 sq ft gourmet kitchen/dining area, 1200 sq ft Great Room, numerous areas for large & small gatherings. There are over 1000 sq ft of covered porches, Private Swimming Pool & Hot Tub. All of this right on the Biloxi River. It is truly "The Great Escape River House!"

This home was well thought out for accommodating large overnight groups. There are 12 individual beds & 2 convertible sofas. The beds are: 1 king, 5 queens, & 6 full size beds. The 6 full beds are 3 bunk beds, top & bottom full size beds. 14 people could each have their own bed or convertible sofa. For the maximum capacity of 22, we've figured only one person in each of the top bunks, double occupancy in each of the full, queen, and king beds, and only one person on a convertible sofa. These beds are also not placed awkwardly close to each other. 2 Queen beds & the King size bed each have a private room, 1 bunk has a private room, 2 other bunk beds share a large bedroom, & the massive loft has 3 queen beds & the two convertible sofas.

The 4 full baths are also well distributed. The loft has a full bath. The 6 full size beds (the 3 bunk beds) are in adjacent rooms with their own full bath. The 2 bedrooms off the hall, with queen beds, share the hall full bath. Even the master bedroom's bathroom, which has a private entrance from the master bedroom, also offers a 2nd entrance to the bathroom through the laundry room; Offering more options.

Driving up, you're welcomed by a circular drive with beautiful fountain in the center. The elevated house, has plenty of covered parking. Up the stairs, the covered front porch offers seating for 8. A cozy place to relax, or for the smokers a comfortable retreat to grab a last puff. Sorry, no smoking inside the house.

The Great Room, has a magnificent 20+ ft granite wet bar, 10 bar stools, double keg cooler, microwave, ice maker, & everything you would need for mixing drinks (blender & glassware). This is just the beginning of the Great Room, which is equipped with many flat screen HD TVs, a pool table, & huge sectional sofa.

The custom made Gourmet kitchen of your dreams awaits! Granite counters that go on for miles, 2 massive islands, every appliance you could want & usually more than one of them are awaiting you in this kitchen. The breakfast bar offers seating for 11. The dining table seating for 8, with an additional folding chairs available. 2 ~ 50" TV's can be seen from just about any location in the kitchen or dining area. The kitchen comes fully equipped - If you need it for cooking, its probably here waiting for you!

The back covered deck is a little peace of heaven, offering an 8 person hot tub, many TV's & a stereo. Great view of the river. Lighted palm trees add a little night time atmosphere. Seating for 12 at 2 Glass tables. Back deck has closing gate to keep little ones on porch & benches for watching river, back yard, & pool.

Down the back stairs, you enter the enclosed ramp area to the elevated deck that surrounds 15' x 30', 4 1/2' deep above ground swimming pool for a refreshing dip. A charcoal grill with commercial style large stainless steel sink & counter for prep work is available. There are tables, chairs & umbrellas. There's also room to tan. Pool/deck area is enclosed for safety.

Between the house & river is a dock, perfect for fishing from or docking your boat.

We know you have many choices for a vacation rental. We hope you decide on The Great Escape River House. To help make sure the Great Escape River House is well suited for your plans, please keep in mind, that without prior approval, we:
- limit vehicles to 10
- Do not allow Visitors (people not sleeping over)
- minimum age of primary renter needs to be 28 years old

- Weddings, Receptions, Other Events, Parties, or ceramonies, are NOT eligible for these Rates

75 % of our bookings are:
- extended families (Grandparents in their 60's, their grown children, & their children)
- Golfer groups from out of town
- Religious Retreats
- Work related gatherings
- Military families stay over the week before a son or daughter's deployment

We have requests for Large Family reunions, Weddings, or just big family / friends Parties. Most we turn down; but not all. To avoid issues, please give as many details as possible. We know the Gulf Coast is limited on facilities to accommodate these type of functions & we consider any reasonable request.
