Vacation Rental Description

Great family getaway located in a quiet neighborhood on the North 
shore of Lake Tahoe. Five major ski areas including Northstar,Alpine 
Meadows and squaw Valley are just 20 minutes away.Mountain biking and 
hiking trails are right up the street The 
North Shore Casinos are about a 10 minute drive.

This 4 BR home sits on a large, sunny 1/3 acre lot just three blocks 
from the lake. You can walk to the town beach and rent kayaks, canoes 
or just enjoy the sunny shores of Carnelian Bay. The huge fully 
fenced in back yard allows for lots of family fun! Enjoy a friendly 
game of volleyball or badminton or just kick back the sunny patio.

Chefs will enjoy the new stainless steel appliances and granite 
counter tops in the newly remodeled kitchen. The new Mission Style 
dining room set seats 8+ and there is plenty of room for your group 
to spread out in this large single story house with two separate 
living 
areas. Warm up after a full day of skiing by the natural stone open-
hearth fireplace in the family room.

Relax in the new 6-7 person HOT TUB under the stars. Firewood is 
provided and the manager will have the heat and lights on for a 
welcome winter arrival.
