This great family home is located on a huge fenced in lot in a quiet neighborhood on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. You are right between some of the best of the North Shore Ski Resorts. Ski Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows or Homewood to the west 15 minutes, or drive 15 minutes to Northstar. There is a huge HOT TUB on the back patio and a stone open hearth wood burning fireplace in the family room.

Enjoy lots of "public " space in this one big story home with a Family Room AND a Living Room. There are 4 bedrooms including the Masterbedroom with a CA King Log bed and a twin, 2 bedooms with Queens, and the 4th bedroom with 3 twins. The Living Room can be closed off to create a fifth private sleeping area.

There is  room at the dining table for 10, and a kitchen with all stainless appliances and granite counters.

Relax in the new 6-7 person HOT TUB under the stars. If you are arriving in the winter, our housekeeper will have the heat and lights on for a welcome winter arrival!

For your summer vacation the huge, beautifully landscaped, fully fenced in back yard with a big lawn sets the scene  for a relaxing  vacation. Enjoy a friendly game of volleyball or badminton with the net we set up in the summer, or just relax and enjoy a family BBQ on the new sunny patio with a rock wall.

Mountain biking and hiking trails are right up the street
