“Over the creek and through the woods” . . . to the guest house at Sautee Paso Fino Ranch, a secluded cottage overlooking Chattahoochee National Forest.  This privately owned, family mountain retreat is tucked away between historic Nacoochee Valley and Unicoi State Park – convenient to Helen, Clarkesville, and Cleveland.

We welcome you to visit us and enjoy the majesty of the beautiful and ever-changing North Georgia Mountains where each season displays its own distinctive colors and scenes.  Surrounding Helen is the Chattahoochee National Forest, Smithgall Woods, and Unicoi State Park.  Richard Russell Scenic Highway and the Appalachian Trail are nearby – as well as many streams, waterfalls, hiking trails, and a wide variety of outdoor activities. 

We keep a guest book that includes listings of shops, museums, restaurants, and other attractions.

As you arrive, we personally greet you to give you an opportunity to preview the guest house.  We make every effort to provide a clean and pleasant environment for you to enjoy; therefore, this is strictly a non-smoking facility. 

The Guest House is located on a ridge overlooking the Chattahoochee National Forest, accessed by a gravel road.
