$2500 per month/minimum three month rental or
$1500 per month if you lock-in for 1 year
There will be a $1000 security fee at time of reservation. Full payment is due 30 days prior to reservation. Cancellations must be in writing and received within 30 days of reservation. There is no pro-rating or refunds for early departure. A $100 cleaning fee will be deducted from security following an inspection of the property. State and local taxes are not included in these prices.
