Vacation Rental Description

Our Home away from Home is a Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath split plan 
home in nice friendly neighborhood. This home has a nice 
New dock for your boat or fishing and sunbathing. Minutes to the Bay 
with no fix Bridges. 
Five minute to the Beach Complex by boat or car. Waterviews 
from almost every room, wonderfully decorated and appointed. Plenty 
of golfing, fishing, Sandy Beaches, community pool with Beach, Snack 
shop and pier..Punta Gorda's Fisherman's Village right across the 
Bay 
10 minutes by boat or car. You will find fine dining, shopping and 
live entertainment. Bring your boat or rent one nearby.

Port Charlotte is a small Town Adjacent to Punta Gorda just across 
the Bay.

3 month Min Nov-May $2700 mo, includes utilities and pool heat

Weekly during Jan,Mar $850.00 Feb $950 if booked after Nov 15th.

Weekly June-Sept   $ 750.Wk $2500 per Month (4 weeks) incld utilities
All Holiday Weeks  $ 950.Wk except on Monthly rentals inclds 
utilities

Cleaning set $65-95 depending on amount of people, damage deposit 
$200 weekly,$500 monthly
Pet Fee $50.00 Deposit $150.00-weekly, $300 monthly/seasonal- 1 pet
