Our Home away from Home is a Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath split plan
home in nice friendly neighborhood. This home has a nice
New dock for your boat or fishing and sunbathing. Minutes to the Bay
with no fix Bridges and a Beautiful Heated Private Poo.
Five minute to the Beach Complex by boat or car. Waterviews
from almost every room, wonderfully decorated and appointed. Plenty
of golfing, fishing, Sandy Beaches, community pool with Beach, Snack
shop and pier..Punta Gorda's Fisherman's Village right across the
Bay
10 minutes by boat or car. You will find fine dining, shopping and
live entertainment. Bring your boat or rent one nearby.
Port Charlotte is a small Town Adjacent to Punta Gorda just across
the Bay.

What a wonderful time we had here. We felt so at home &
comfortable. We spent hours fishing from the dock. Caught
catfish, two skate, several grunts and a mahogany snapper.
Spent lot of time with family and lots of sights to see.

1/3rd of total rental required to reserve all Holidays/Seasonal/Monthly and dates exceeding two
weeks. These amounts are applied to rental total with balance due 45 days prior to occupnncy.
