Island Boathouse w/boatslip in Alexandria Bay

Charming 100+ year old boathouse apartment on Cherry Island which is the closest island from Alexandria Bay going toward the 1000 Island Bridge. This 3 bedroom apartment sleeps 6-8 and includes a covered slip for your use. You will also be able to use a portion of Cherry Island for spreading out. This is the first time this boat house has ever been offered for rent so ask questions, we are new at this.

Boathouse has a balcony that overlooks the river behind Cherry Island and you will enjoy swiming and sailing and kayaking with equipment that is there for your use. The apartment comes with all linens and everything you need to have fun. Grocery and drug and liquor stores are a short boat ride away as well as the Village of Alexandria Bay.

Protected boatslip for up to 26 ft boat, outside dockage for larger boat. Rave swiming raft and kayaks for your use.

There is everything to do in the 1000 Islands, we like laying on the dock and watching the river flow by.

Rentals can start and end any day, does not have to be for full week, you come come on a Monday and leave on Friday or Saturday, it is up to you.
