Inside completely renovated and remolded in the summer of 2011 this vacation home is situated one mile from Heavenly Ski Resort, 24 hr Casinos, and the Lake. The outside of this house was completely resided with cedar siding summer of 2012! This property has everything and more to make your Tahoe experience luxurious and memorable. Featuring over 2000 sqft of living space and a very open floor plan, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms can accommodate a maximum of 12 overnight guests.

Entertain with ease; the downstairs features a spacious Living Room, Dining area, and large Kitchen equipped with top of the line appliances and granite countertops. All bathrooms have granite counter tops and beautiful showers/baths. There is a huge wrap around deck with views of both Heavenly and Mt. Tallac. Enjoy our hottub after a long day of skiing with views of Gun Barrel Ski run at Heavenly.  Complete with outdoor furniture, hot tub,  and grill. There is plenty to do from horse shoes and bocce ball outside, to pool and foosball inside.

Each bedroom is furnished with beautiful handmade log furniture to give you that wonderful Tahoe vacation feel. The entire house is heated with infloor heating to keep you nice and toasty after a hard day of skiing.

The backyard is over 12,000 sq ft and fully fenced in. The kids can play in the backyard without any worries, plenty of room to build snowmen. There is a 9-hole golf course about 1/4 mile away. You are also less than a mile from Highway 50 where you can find great shopping and restaurants.
The downstairs has a brand new 50 TV, DVD player, and surround sound. The master bedroom has a new 42 TV, as well as the front bedroom with bunks. We offer cable and free wifi.

This property has all the comforts of home. You are just minutes away from Heavenly Ski Resort, Casinos, and the lake. Safeway grocery store is just blocks away. Please email us with any questions or other pictures of the house.

Oct 1st 2013 to Dec 20th 2013:$300 a night, 2 night min (Thanksgiving 4 night min $400 a night)

Dec 20th 2013 to Jan 1st 2014: $500/night  

MLK, Presidents weekend, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor 400/night 3 night minimum.

July 4th 4 night minimum $500 a night. 

Add $185 cleaning fee, 10% tax, and $400 refundable deposit to the rates above.
