Charming 700 sq ft, 2-story guest house in Catalina Mtns foothills, NW Tucson. Very private, separate from main house, with carport; surrounded by a natural garden of Sonoran Desert plants and animals. Cottage has many nice details (wood, tile, decorations, etc.). Perfect for two, could put a child on futon-sofabed. Queen bed with new high-end mattress. Each floor with its own west-facing sunset deck. Surrounded by natural landscape, wildlife, great hiking, watch coyotes, javalina, and other critters from your deck or out your window. 15 mins from U.A. and great shopping/dining. All linens, kitchen needs, etc supplied. No laundry facilities, but nice laundromat nearby. House is in perfect condition, with forced air cooling and heating. Wireless Internet is set up and running (no extra charge). Cats O.K. Owners are profs at University of Arizona. Call for more information.
