Mountain Chalet/Cabin in Flagstaff

Steps from the world’s largest ponderosa pine forest. Our Mountain Chalet is a two story cabin with a beautiful wrought iron spiral staircase, open loft, high ceiling great room, with 16ft windows, along with a massive floor to ceiling natural stone fireplace. The cabin is located 20 minutes south of Flagstaff and comfortably sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms and a sleeping loft. The downstairs has 2 bedrooms, one with a brand new queen bed and flat screen TV connected to satellite/netflix services and the other downstairs bedroom with 2 twin beds. The upstairs has a master bedroom with an oversized king bed and TV, plus a separate loft with 2 twin beds.

Over 700 sq. feet of deck on three sides of the cabin with patio furniture. Lots of windows for natural lighting and surrounded by beautiful pine and juniper trees. You can enjoy wireless internet access, satellite TV, and Netflix movies on a flatscreen LCD TV. DVD, stereo/CD and VHS formats are also available.  Curl up by the fireplace and play with the many board games, toys, and puzzles.  Indoor charcoal grill (charcoal provided), kitchen fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee maker, crockpot, toaster, dishes, and cookware.  Also provided are clean bedding/linens, paper goods, kitchen/laundry/bathroom soaps, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, a large variety of cooking spices, some canned goods, and condiments. The cabin has air conditioning, central heat and a full size washer and dryer.         

The Mountain Chalet is walking distance from fishing, hiking, biking, and bird watching!  Less than a mile down the road is the Pinewood Country Club Golf Course and a spacious park with a fun playground your kids will love.  You can take many exciting day trips to surrounding locations including the Sedona Red Rock Country, Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Lake Powell, Meteor Crater, Painted Desert, Petrified Forest, Bearizona Wildlife Park, Deer Farm, Arizona Snowbowl, Lowell Observatory, Williams and Verde Valley railroad trips, fishing, hunting, hiking, biking, rafting, horseback riding, Cliff Castle Casino, and ancient Native American ruins.

Regular nightly rate:  $195/night with 3 night minimum or $1,200/week

Holiday rate:  $300/night with 4 night minimum or $1,800/week

Summer is rented by the month only.  There is no sales tax for a month or longer rental.

June 1st- August 31st summer monthly rate:  $2,900/month

September 1st- May 31st winter monthly rate: $4,900/month

Holiday rates apply during these dates:

November 21st- 28th

December 1st- January 2nd

July 1st- July 10th

September 1st- 10th

$75 cleaning fee

$200 fully refundable security deposit

7.737% sales tax applies to rental rate and cleaning fee.

Snow removal services are available for a fee, it is the responsibility of the renter to arrange with a local company.

Small dogs with approval only and additional security deposit/cleaning fee required.

Strictly non-smoking indoors, members of our family have severe smoke allergies.
