View the most colorful mesmerizingng sunsets and water activities from the sunroom, porch, or boathouse sundeck. This almost new house is located on the main body of the water. It has 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths, and sleeps 6 to 8 people. There is a great entertaining/ sunroom that has two seating areas, both with televisions, overlooking the deck, dock and boathouse. The deck has a large table for sunset dining. There is a queen bed in the Master bedroom, a daybed with trundle in the second bedroom, twin beds in the third bedroom and a queen-size set-up air mattress that is made very well. There are also 2 sofas in the sunroom.
