Vacation Rental Description

Kawama Yacht Club. Relax at this luxury three bedroom ocean front  
villa with it's upstairs balcony and downstairs terrace giving  
breathtaking views of the ocean and marina. Situated in a community  
with 24 hr security, it's own Molasses Reef Marina, private beaches  
and jetty that give you immediate access to some of the finest  
diving,snorkeling and fishing in the Continental United States. 
The villa has it's own large private dock space within the marina,  
providing electricity and water. The dock space is rented  
seporately. Call for details availability.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The villa's amenities include phone, air conditioning, cable TV, VCR, 
DVD, CD players, full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher,  
refrigerator, ice maker and utensils. Washer and dryer and a garage  
which is normally used for storing fishing, diving and other water  
equipment.   No smoking is a requirement within the property.

Activities and Attractions

Activities that are on site or nearby include scuba diving,  
snorkeling, boating, fishing, canoe and jet ski rentals and swimming  
with the dolphins which is only 0.25 miles away. There is also  
windsurfing and parasailing available. Shops within a mile,  
restaurants and bars, a casino cruise ship nearby and various  
charters to the reefs and for fishing.

Vacation Rental Rates

$100-$249 per night. Seasonal adjustments. Monthly rates available  
upon request. When requesting a quote, please advise as to how many  
adults and children will be in your group.
