High season, June through September, rates are $2,450 per week.
Mid season, May and October, rates are $1,900 per week.
NOTE: A security deposit of $500 is required when reserving the
cottage. Full amount of rent is due 21 days prior to check-in.
Rentals are from Sunday to Sunday. Check in is 4pm Sunday and Check
out is 10am Sunday morning.
