Enjoy your first cup of coffee on the balcony overlooking the beautiful white sand beach and crystal clear water in the gulf. After your coffee has kicked in and you are ready for the day grab a quick breakfast and head out to the great pool or go play in the sugar white sand with your kids. Large spacious 1500 sq feet with crown molding and all the extras. This 3 bedroom condo host a king in the master, queen in the second bedroom, two twins in the third bedroom, queen sleeper sofa in living area, 2 full baths. Porta crib also available. Large balcony with access from living room and master bedroom. Balcony has dining table to enjoy dinners watching the sunset.
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide a few board games, books, movies and a game stick for the kids. I also provide beach towels (8) and beach toys.
4 digital flat screen tv's, 4 dvd players, wireless high speed internet.
Activities (on-site and nearby): Exercise room, Tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, childrens pool, Indoor hot tub.
Just a short drive to several golf courses or the Foley Outlet Mall. Look for great concerts or activities at the Wharf about 5 minutes from Pelican Pointe. While you are out don't forget to pick up some fresh seafood and enjoy dinner on the balcony as the sun sets over the gulf. A great place to relax and renew.
